This Crystal Sound Journey is deeply transformational, clearing and healing, upgrading your physical, emotional and spiritual energy body.

Nada yoga (the Yoga of Sound), is vibrational medicine. Eluv utilizes the sonic vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls, voice, angel harps and other instruments plus a powerful guided meditation. Each session is totally unique. You are fully nurtured and supported as you journey into your own divine feminine or “Yin” sacred place of healing. We conclude the event with sacred mantra. Feel free to join in, or simply enjoy.

You may also bring a your favorite crystal or any other stone you would like to positively “charge”.

Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat and blanket or something warm to cover your body. Eye pillow or sleeping mask and water are also recommended.
